VReinforce Inc. is a California company building practice software for ABA therapy providers.

Our mission

Help ABA practices spend less time on denied claims, audits and paperwork, and more time on care.

What we are building

Running an ABA practice means tracking authorizations, session notes, staff credentials and claims, all with their own rules. A small slip, like a missing end time or an expired credential, can mean a claim that is never paid.

VReinforce watches for those problems as work is entered. When it finds one, it explains it in plain words and offers the fix, so your team can solve it in one click instead of finding out weeks later.

Where we are

VReinforce is in development. We are starting with mid-size practices in California and plan a pilot with a California practice in 2027.
